Course Content

Identify necessary sources of information, extract applicable information, conduct customer needs analyses and monitor environmental landscapes in order to source viable business options. (English Only)

  1. Extract information from reliable sources to analyse market potential of viable areas for investment

  2. Conduct customer needs analysis to determine market demand

  3. Conduct environmental scans to identify internal and external factors that impact achievement of organisational objectives

  4. Identify and evaluate business opportunities to find viable options in consultation with management


Lessons are conducted in a structured yet pragmatic manner as lectures are blended with group discussions, role-plays and individual assessments. The group discussions give participants the opportunities to share their experience while role-playing helps the practice and application of concepts and approaches learned through the course.

  3. Conduct environmental scans  to help identify factors that may affect organisational objectives
