Methodology

Lessons are conducted in a structured yet pragmatic manner as lectures are blended with classroom/group discussions, case studies and presentations. The group discussions give participants the opportunities to share their experience while case studies & presentations help the practice and application of concepts and approaches learned through the course.

Learning Outcome

  1. Examine the information on user’s motivations, behaviours, preferences for empathetic service design and validate the design proposition with stakeholders of the organisation

  2. Construct plans in implementing strategies where stakeholders can comprehend the user experience journeys at the organisation

  3. Evaluate visual and design work that can connect with users emotionally, overcoming challenges of the design to enhance total user experience journey at the organisation

  • PME who has the relevant work experience from other industries or sectors wanting to enhance one’s knowledge and skills, to expand one’s job portfolio or to seek national certification/qualification in the design industry specialising in innovation.
