Methodology

Lessons are conducted in a structured yet pragmatic manner as lectures are blended with classroom/group discussions, case studies and presentations. The group discussions give participants the opportunities to share their experience while case studies & presentations help the practice and application of concepts and approaches learned through the course.

  1. Explain the linkages between systems archetypes and design problem to stakeholders.

  2. Discover new perspectives of design issues through system archetypes.

  3. Develop new design ideas through systems thinking facilitation and use of guiding questions.

  4. Assess of management implementation effect of design ideas through simulation tools.

  5. Evaluate impact of System Thinking implementation to the organisational environment.

  • PME who has the relevant work experience from other industries or sectors wanting to enhance one’s knowledge and skills, to expand one’s job portfolio or to seek national certification/qualification in the design industry specialising in innovation.
