Methodology

Lessons are conducted in a structured yet pragmatic manner as lectures are blended with classroom/group discussions, case studies and presentations. The group discussions give participants the opportunities to share their experience while case studies & presentations help the practice and application of concepts and approaches learned through the course.

Learning Outcome

  1. Examine creative briefs together with the creative vision and concepts for the narrative elements in blueprints that will impact the story

  2. Combine narrative elements for flow in communication to engage audience while liaising with creative team members to ensure the narrative supports the purpose

  3. Evaluate the creative impact of narrative elements and alignment to blueprints for interactivity

  • Lead Service Designer, Service Designer, Design Researcher, Design Executive, in designing of user experiences for the organisation

  • PME who has the relevant work experience from other industries or sectors wanting to enhance one’s knowledge and skills, to expand one’s job portfolio or to seek national certification/qualification in the design industry specialising in innovation.
